 ain. In the other direction\, down across the valley\, is Crofton Beam E
 ngines.\nWe’ll go steeply downhill following the Roman road to cross t
 he canal and railway at Crofton village and return to Bedwyn close by Ha
 w Wood.\nNo stiles. Bring a drink or snack for our short refreshment bre
