Travel Trade Group Visits & Information

The following documents provide Travel Trade organisations with information on the Vale of Pewsey to help you plan for Flexible Independent Travellers or small group trips (up to 12 people).  Larger groups can be accommodated but all the options mentioned may not be available.  Large coaches are not generally suitable for the area as access to most villages is via narrow lanes.

This itinerary takes in Crofton Beam Engines, The Merchant’s House in Marlborough and The Rose of Hungerford on the Kennet & Avon Canal.  A combination of any two of these destinations can be selected to fill a day of travel in the area.

Food can be organised by reservation at some of the local cafes and pubs, dependent on numbers and requirements.  If you need to find a location for lunch, then contact Susie Brew at Visit Pewsey Vale or Marlborough Town Council for more information.
