In this fantastic class filled with the wonderful flavours of Mexico, you will learn:

• How to make homemade tortillas
• Understanding Mexican spices
• Creating spice blends
• Making homemade guacamole and salsa
• Preparing and cooking Mexican ingredients

And most importantly – the confidence to be creative in your cooking!

This is a busy class so be ready for a night full of Mexican ingredients, flavours and fun.

This class costs £47.50 per person. You will have your own table but will be sharing a hob and working in a pair.

Price Includes Tuition, Aprons, Ingredients & Hot Drinks plus Sparkling Elderflower will be served with your meal.  You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy whilst cooking and with your meal.
