INDIAN CURRY FEAST

Menu – Paneer Rogan Josh; Sweet Potato & Spinach Dahl; Butter Chicken Curry; Classic Goan Curry

In this feast of a class we will take a culinary journey across India!

You will learn how to make delicious curries from 4 different areas:

Kashmir:

  • Paneer Rogan Josh – we thought that you would like to try the classic Indian ingredient paneer, and have paired it with this aromatic curry which traditionally features in a multi-course Kashmiri feast!

Rajasthan:

  • Sweet Potato & Spinach Dahl – learn how to cook with lentils, and create a delicious curry featuring the perfect flavour pairing of spinach and sweet potato.

Punjab:

  • Butter Chicken Curry – this is a rich, spiced, tomato and butter based curry which works perfectly with succulent chicken.

Goa:

  • Classic Goan Curry – a light, coconut based curry which is a much loved dish around the world.

This will be a night full of Indian ingredients, flavours and fun, which will give you the confidence to be creative in your cooking!

This class costs £47.50 per person, you will have your own table but will be sharing a hob and working in a pair.

Price Includes Tuition, Aprons, Ingredients & Hot Drinks plus Sparkling Elderflower will be served with your meal.  You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy whilst cooking and with your meal.
