Menu – Bulgogi Beef or Pork, Shoyu Ramen, Rendang with Turmeric Rice and Oi Muchim (Cucumber Salad).
Take a culinary journey traversing the Asian continent by cooking up some exciting traditional dishes in our Pan-Asian Feast class.
You will learn:
- How to make your own Asian spice paste
- How to create a delicious Asian marinade
- How to prepare and cook with Asian ingredients
- Broth creation
- Creating a quick Asian pickle
And most importantly – the confidence to be creative in your cooking!
Get ready for a busy night full of Asian ingredients, flavours and fun.
This class costs £47.50 per person. As this is a feast class with lots of dishes, you will be working in a pair to create them all!

Price Includes Tuition, Aprons, Ingredients & Hot Drinks plus Sparkling Elderflower will be served with your meal. You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy whilst cooking and with your meal.
