Menu: Creole Jambalaya; Cornbread; Cajun Corn on the Cob; Bananas Foster

In this Southern USA inspired class filled with the wonderful flavours of Creole and Cajun food, you will learn:

  • Creating a Creole spice mix
  • Creating a Cajun spice mix
  • Cooking with the Holy Trinity base ingredients, common in Southern USA cooking
  • Making the American staple food of savoury cornbread
  • Making a delicious caramelised boozy sauce

And most importantly – the confidence to be creative in your cooking!

This is a busy class so be ready for a night full of Creole and Cajun ingredients, flavours and fun.

This class costs £47.50 per person. You will have your own table but will be sharing a hob and working in a pair.

Price Includes Tuition, Aprons, Ingredients & Hot Drinks plus Sparkling Elderflower will be served with your meal.  You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy whilst cooking and with your meal.
