SPAIN – TAPAS 1

Menu:  Patatas Bravas; Marinated Olives; Espinacas Con Garbanzo; Berenjenas Con Miel; Beef or Vegetarian Empanadillas

In this Spanish class filled with the wonderful flavours of Tapas, you will learn:

Patatas Bravas – crispy fried potatoes with a spicy red sauce drizzled on top, you can’t have a Spanish feast without it! We love the kick of the tangy tomato that goes well with the other tapas elements.

Marinated Olives – flavoured with Spanish ingredients.

Espinacas Con Garbanzos – traditional chickpea and spinach stew packed full of flavours.

Berenjenas con Miel – fried aubergine with honey. Aubergine batons soaked in milk then coated in spiced flour and shallow fried.  Drizzle with honey before serving.  Aubergine as you have ever known it before – this is a classic and a favourite of ours!

Empanadillas – we will teach you how to make these pastry pockets and you can choose beef or a veggie option.

And most importantly – the confidence to be creative in your cooking!

This is a busy class so be ready for a night full of Spanish ingredients, flavours and fun.

This class costs £47.50 per person. You will have your own table but will be sharing a hob and working in a pair.

Price Includes Tuition, Aprons, Ingredients & Hot Drinks plus Sparkling Elderflower will be served with your meal.  You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy whilst cooking and with your meal.
