Menu: Vegetable Chow Mein; Kung Pao Chicken; Sweet & Sour Chicken; Egg Fried Rice

In this Chinese class filled with delicious traditional dishes, you will learn:

• To understand Chinese flavours
• To combine Chinese spices and sauces to create marinades
• Coating and cooking chicken for a crispy Kung Pao dish
• To build the classic flavours and textures for vegetable chow mein
• Confidence in cooking the perfect egg fried rice

And most importantly – the confidence to be creative in your cooking!

This is a busy class so be ready for a night full of Chinese ingredients, flavours and fun.

This class costs £47.50 per person. You will have your own table but will be sharing a hob and working in a pair.

Price Includes Tuition, Aprons, Ingredients & Hot Drinks plus Sparkling Elderflower will be served with your meal.  You are more than welcome to bring your own alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to enjoy whilst cooking and with your meal.
