There are plenty of unusual landmarks in the Vale of Pewsey and here are a few walks that take in some of them.
Walk the Wootton Rivers walk to see two unusual landmarks – the steeple with Jack Spratt's clock at St Andrew's Church and The Green Man on Mud Lane.
Walk the Woodborough walk to see Swanborough Tump.
Walk the Dursden Lane walk to go under Cuckoo Bridge – so called because if you say 'cuckoo' like the bird whilst under the bridge, you will hear it echo! We've done it and it does work.
We hope you enjoy our suggestions.
